I was nervous too when they were doing a sale on the UCS Millennium Falcon last year. I had read similar reviews and voiced my concerns in the comments here. The poster of the article said they wouldn't endorse a site if they were shady. So I went ahead and ordered the Falcon, and it arrived a week later in excellent condition. So far that's the only time I've ordered from Zavvi but it was a positive experience.

I've used them once, when the 42115 Lamborghini Sian was on sale, and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I’ve recently ordered twice from Zavvi. One of the sets was the Technic Bugatti. Both sets arrived well packed and in good shape.

I have ordered from Zavvi three times, including the Liebherr Excavator once, 2 blue Fiats on an order (one for a gift I gave to by best friend who I brought out of his Dark Ages - a great unique gift I knew he didn’t have), and a third order for the Lego Movie DVD in 2017. All three times, the orders arrived in pristine condition. I’m on the West Coast, so it had to travel a lot to get to me, but I would give them an endorsement for sure.

My one experience with Zavvi was for two of the blue variant of the Fiat 500 77942. Both arrived in pristine condition, relatively quickly (for international shipping) and shipping was less than $10. Great experience overall and I would buy from them again.

I ordered 4 of the blue Fiats from Zavi last year and had no issue.
Everything arrived in a timely fashion, and in perfect condition.

I am intrigued as to how they are selling these sets at discount, since most of them are on LEGO's "do not discount" list...

I've ordered several Lego sets from Zavvi over the past year and never had an issues regarding delivery time or condition of the box. Excellent customer service and communication. I live in California.

I have used Zavvi a few times to order official Lego minifigure cases. Never had any kind of problem. I would definitely use them again.

What’s the LEGO do not discount list? Where can I see that?

I’d get the lightcruiser, but then what will I buy on May the 4th to get the GWP? Not to mention I can probably get $50 off with VIP points. I think I’ll have to wait.
